May 1, 2008 Electronic Claims Services has launched a centralized file sharing area within ClaimsOffice.Com. The ClaimsOffice File Library provides claims and risk management staff with a common file storage and sharing within ClaimsOffice.Com where files can be uploaded and indexed by various keywords. The file library supports image and documents as well as audio and video formats.

ClaimsOffice.Com Interface now available with Insurance Auto Auctions
September 6, 2007 A Microsoft Web Service Interface is now available between ClaimsOffice.Com and Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA). Insurance customers can dispatch total loss vehicle pickup requets directy to IAA with the click of a button. The IAA stock number is instantly returned and the event is recorded in the ClaimsOffice Event History.

January 8, 2007 Microsoft Web Service Interface is now available to ClaimsOffice.Com Insurance customers. Insurance customers can now integrate the ClaimsOffice Shop and Appraisal locater directly from their internal claims system and dispatch claim information electronically to service providers.
